The Influence of National Macro Regulation and Control on Guangxi Investment and Its Solutions

The investment has become the leading force to promote the economy development in Guangxi.But the national macro regulation and control has increasingly affected Guangxi investment,which reflects in the five aspects such as the land examination and approval,the credit policy,the financial policy,the industrial policy and the project approval.In view of these influences,the paper has put forward the solutions fit for the national macro regulation and control and the expansion of Guangxi investment scale,which includes the correct guidance to fund,planning the construction of major projects,positively opening up the financing channel,solving the problem of the land used for construction,strengthening the supervisory control of the investment operating and creating first-class investment environment.
