| 摘 要： | 教育国际化对高等教育提出了新的思索 ,必将影响到中国高等教育办学体制。本文以山东为例 ,在对山东高等教育办学体制现状进行理性分析的基础上重点论述了山东高等教育办学体制改革的必要性、紧迫性以及改革的思路与政策 ,以期对山东乃至全国高等教育改革提供借鉴。
