| 摘 要： | 清代中期．乾隆为了继续达到“合内外之心，成巩固之业”的统治目的，调整、巩固和加强了清朝政府同边疆少数民族的关系，对广西少数民族的民风民俗、教育等领域实行了“以不治治之”和“济之以宽”的政策，这些政策在一定程度上缓和了当时清王朝同广西少数民族的矛盾。

| Abstract: | In mid Qing dynasty,in order to unit and rally people of all ethnic groups to consolidate his power,the emperor Quanlong adjusted the states' policies to improve the relationship between the state government and all minorities in bordering areas.Concerning minorities' customs and education,Quanlong adopted a kind of policy known as "Wu Wei Er Zhi",which meant to govern the minority people in a tolerant way and allow the minority people to enjoy more freedom.What Quanlong did had actually eased the contradiction between his government and the minority of Guangxi.. |
