流浪儿童教育之行动研究

摘    要:实践中我们总结出了一套名为“分类分层素质拓展教育”的流浪儿童机构内教育模式,即按照长期滞留和短期滞留对流浪儿童实施分类教育,按照文化水平的差异实施分层教育,教育的重点放在素质拓展而不仅仅是文化课教育上。这套模式在实践中取得了一些成效,但仍有一些不足。经过反思我们认为,分类分层教育是流浪儿童机构内教育一种可行的模式,普通中小学教育不能代替流浪儿童机构内教育。引入志愿服务是解决流浪儿童教育师资不足的一条有效途径。

Abstract:We have drafted a pattern of institutional education for the street children based on some practices,called with "classifying and hierarchical education of comprehensive quality".In other words,a classifying education of the street children in accordance with whether they are long-term or short-term dwellers in the center and a hierarchical education of them based on their difference of knowledge have been conducted there.The focus of education is not on cultural courses,but on overall quality enlargement.There are still some shortcomings for such a pattern despite some effects obtained in practice.After reflection,we think that classifying and hierarchical education is a feasible pattern of institutional education for street children,and the general education of both primary and secondary schools cannot substitute the institutional education of the street children.Involvement of volunteering service is an effective way to resolve the issue of lack in teachers for the street children.
