| 摘 要： | 2001年10月27日在我国加入WTO的前期,全国人大常委会对我国现行的《商标法》进行了一次全面的修改,不仅完善了我国的商标法律制度,同时也使我国知识产权法律规范更加符合WTO体制对知识产权保护的要求。本文对照分析Trips协议的规定和此次修改的内容,旨在说明此次《商标法》的修改与国际法律规则的成功接轨。

| Abstract: | On 27th of October in 2001, just before the entry of WTO, the Standi ng Committee of the Ninth National People' s Congress has decided to make the revisions of Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China. This revision not only consummated the system of our Trademark, but also made our intellectual property Law fit for the requirement of WTO system much more. This article analyses the contents of Trips and this revision, in order to explain how our Trademarks System follow the trend of international principle successfully. |
