| 摘 要： | 党内民主是党的生命。发展党内民主必须建立健全党员民主权利的保障制度 ,建立健全党的代表大会制度和运行机制 ,建立健全党委会工作制度和运行机制 ,建立健全党内选举、向党外机关组织推荐干部制度和运行机制 ,建立健全民主决策制度和运行机制 ,建立健全党内监督、相互制衡制度和运行机制。

| Abstract: | Inner-Party democracy is the life of the Party.The linchpin of the development of inner-Party democracy is to establish and improve the system guaranteeing all Party members'democratic rights, the system of the Party's Congresses and an operating mechanism,the work system of the Party committees and an operating mechanism,the inner-Party election system and the system for recommending qualified cadres to non-Party bodies and organizations and an operating mechanism,the democratic decision-making system and an operating mechanism,the system of supervision and mutual restraint within the Party and an operating mechanism. |
