| Abstract: | Nowadays, the course for constructing the well - to - do society in an all - round way and the course for speeding up and carrying forward the socialist modernization with the Chinese characteristics have already become the striving objective of the Chinese people. Therefore, we should understand the meaning of "modernization correctly, and we should hold the appraisal standard o the modernization and establish the target system of the socialist modernization conforming to the Chinese characteristics. |
