论法学教育

法学教育伴随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入得到全社会的重视 ,特别是 1995年党中央提出“依法治国 ,建立社会主义法制国家”的治国方略后 ,我国的法学教育更上一层楼。许多院校也适应社会发展需要 ,设立法学公共课 ,把我国的法学教育工作推上新的高度。但如何做好该项工作 ,提高法学领域的教学与科研水平 ,这是我们应深入研讨的。

The law education is valued by all society with the econome system reform thorough,especially after the policy to Rule the country according to law,built the socialistic legal system country"posed by the central conmittee of the party in 1995.The law education get mueh better.A lot of colleges fit the needs of the society,set up the law public lesson to improve our law education to the more profound level.But how to make it better and raise the education and scientific research of the law field is the question that we should be going deep.
