加强和创新基层社会管理的调查与思考——以江苏泰州为例

近年来,泰州市启动了以管理重心下移为特点、强化基层社会管理的改革步伐,基层社会管理创新取得了明显成效,但在实践探索中也还存在一些问题,为此,需要加强服务型基层政府建设,注重发挥城乡社区的基础平台作用,建立健全保障支撑体系,构建协同共治型的基层社会管理模式等,进一步推进管理重心下移。

Investigation and Thinking about Strengthening and Innovation in Grass - root Social Management

In recent years, Taizhou has started reform that main point of management coming down and strengthening. The innovation obtained apparent effect. But there are some problems in practicing, so we should strengthen building of service-oriented government at grass-roots level, put emphasis on foundations platform of cities and communities, establish and improve support of ensuring system and grass-root social management pattern, further promote main point of management coming down.
