农村家庭养老的集体行动研究

随着我国人口老龄化的加速,我国农村的养老问题日益凸显,家庭养老作为农村养老的主要模式,面临着一系列的挑战,如人口老龄化的加速、家庭规模的缩小、养老成本的上升、农村子女思想观念的转变等。为解决农村家庭养老的困境,本文运用奥尔森的集体行动理论进行了分析,探索了农村家庭养老集体行动的可能性,并提出了促进家庭养老集体行动的几点建议。

On the Collective Action in Rural Family Endowment

With the acceleration of aging in our country,the problem in rural endowment is prominent,family endowment as the main mode in rural endowment,facing a series of challenges,such as the rapidity of aging,reduction of family size,rise of pension costs,and change of rural children’s idea,etc.In order to solve the dilemma,this paper uses Olson’s collective action theory to analyse the problems in rural family endowment,and explores the possibility of collective action in rural family endowment,and puts forward several suggestions to promote the collective action in family endowment.
