| 摘 要： | 目前,关于司法鉴定的委托及受理等程序方面存在着诸多需要改进完善、加强规范管理的地方。文章结合司法实践,对司法鉴定的启动、材料提供以及鉴定文书的发送、告知等几个方面存在的问题进行了分析和探讨。
