The Developments of Society and the Consciousness of Its Cost

Cost is a kind of social and historical phenomena, it bases on the historical inevitability,choices in value and objectives. There are three kinds of cost, the absence of the characterics of subjects, the contortion of the relations between human and itself, human and the nature, and the absence of the human spirits. So we should establish the objectives of modernnization, namely, the all-around developments of social economy, plitics and culture.
