| Abstract: | Facing different sorts of restrictive measures in trade, the so called “environmental Trade Barrier” taken by different countries Under the cover of different protection after the accession to the WTO, China's government must maintain the principle of “common but different responsibilities”, enforcing advanced environmental system, actively countermeasures, resisting all kinds of trade protection acts which violate the WTO rules in reason of environmental protection. |
