| Abstract: | By comparing the provision of the constitutional rights and the almsgiving measures in the constitutions of china,the United States and the Germany,the author puts forward his opinion.The article holds the view that the provision on the citizen rights in the constitution is comparatively consummate,but it isn't canonical in expression,and there is somewhat weakness in the almsgiving system to the citizen rights.At last,the author brings forward some ameliorative measures. |
