| 摘 要： | 中国和日本社会制度和法律制度不同 ,因此 ,少年犯罪的定义、统计及少年司法制度也不尽相同。但如何预防少年犯罪 ,如何处理少年犯罪 ,如何科学地建立和运用少年司法制度 ,却是中国、日本及其他国家面临的共同课题。日本在立法和实践上少年司法制度均较完备 ,相对而言 ,中国却需要专门立法 ,进一步使少年司法制度正规化、法制化
