| 摘 要： | 近几年我国推进的省直管县体制对我国行政体制、行政区划改革产生了重要的影响，发挥了巨大的推动作用。成为政府改革的重要突破口。简化行政区划层级，为省直管县创造了条件；经济发展需要省直管县；经济体制转轨为省直管县提供了制度保障。

| Abstract: | recently,a breakthrough of governmental reform is the systematic reform in counties directly subject to the Provinces of China,which has an important role of influence and push on the reform of China＇s administrative systems and regionalism.Generally,predigesting the layers of administrative regionalism paves the way for the counties directly subject to the provinces of China, which obtains the systematic safety through the economic and systematic transfer,and which the economic development needs. |
