| 摘 要： | 警察在执行公务中受阻、受扰、受侵害已经成为新时期影响警察执法权威的重大问题,这不仅损害了警察的正当执法权益,也极大地伤害了国家法律的尊严。优化警察执法环境、用足现有法律依据、完善立法,是保障警察正当执法活动、维护警察正当执法权益的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Police's being hindered,being disturbed,being infringed during public performance has become such a big issue that affects the authority of the police in the new era.This not only does harm to the proper law-enforcement right of the police,but degrade the dignity of the law in China.Optimizing the environment of police's law-enforcing,and making full use of the existing law and perfecting legislation,are important ways to safeguard police's right law-enforcing activities and maintain police's right of proper law-enforcing. |
