关于我省县域经济现状的调查与建议

尽管我省社会经济发展过程中也形成了一些县域特色经济,但数量不多,县域经济整体上还比较薄弱,而且发展也很不平衡。主要原因既有思想认识问题,又有特色定位、资源利用和投资环境等问题。要大力发展我省的县域经济,就必须充分认识发展县域经济的紧迫性;积极培育和发展特色产业;放手发展民营经济,增强县域经济发展的活力;坚持科教兴县,全面提升农村劳动力的素质;大力推进城镇化,引导农民向非农产业和城镇转移;加强基础设施建设,营造良好的发展环境。

Investigation and Suggestions to the County Economy Situation in Hebei Province

Although there is county-featured economy form in the development of Hebei province,the numbers are not big.And county-economy is still weak and its development is uneven.The main reasons are concerned with the recognition and thoughts to it,feature orientation,resources utilization and investment environment.We must consider its importance and urgency,breed and develop featured industry actively,develop the economy run by local people,insist on science and education,improve the whole-round labor quality,encourage urbanization,guide the farmers to migrate to the town,strenthen basic facility construction,and create good development environment.
