| 摘 要： | 对反垄断伦理的研究能够给反垄断提供更加深刻的解释力。竞争正义是反垄断法的伦理基石,反垄断法研究必须解答何谓正义的竞争这一问题。竞争自由是竞争正义的前提条件,竞争效率是反垄断法的核心理念,竞争公平是反垄断法永恒的价值追求。
