| 摘 要： | 校园和谐是社会和谐的基本前提和重要保证。和谐校园的构建必须用人本管理的理念统领。学校人本管理强调以关心、尊重和发展人等为根本指导思想进行学校管理，因此和谐校园的构建，要以学生为本，创新人才培养模式；以教师为本，创新教师发展机制；以服务为本，创新学校文化环境。

| Abstract: | Harmonious Campus is a fundamental premise and an important guarantee to the harmony of the whole society. Building a harmonious school should be led under humanistic management theory, which focuses on the guiding ideology of ＂care for the individual, respect the individual, understand the individual, encourage the individual and develop the individual. ＂ To be more specific, we should seek original cultivating models based on the students, constantly bring forth new ideas in teacher - orientated development and create fresh cultural atmosphere on campus by good service. |
