| 摘 要： | 我国刑法并未专门的规定信用犯罪,但许多犯罪与信用有关。信用犯罪的信用 分为个人信用和公共信用。建议我国刑法专门规定"危害信用罪",采取刑罚和非刑罚措施相结 合的方式调整严重危害信用的行为。
