当前中国政治文化建设面临的挑战及对策

当前我国政治文化建设的任务紧迫，又面临看来自国际社会尤其是西方强势政治文化、自身旧传统和改革开放以来产生的新思想政治观念等三大主要挑战。为了能够顺利迎接这些挑战，更好地推进我国的政治文化建设，使具有中国特色的社会主义政治文化能在竞争激烈的固际社会中占有一席之地，并为我国的政治体制改革引航导向，引领中国成功地实现社会转型，我们必须在政治文化建设中采取四大基本对策：第一，坚持以正确的思想理论来引领我国政治文化建设的方向；第二，从容应时外来政治文化挑战，去其糟粕汲取精华;第三，消除传统政治文化的消极影响，促进传统政治文化积极因素与现代社会的融合；第四，努力加强以民主与法治为核心内容的政治文化建设。

Challenges and Basic Countermeasures on Construction of Political Culture in Current China

The task of the construction of the Chinese political culture is urgent, and it is also confronted with three main challenges： the challenges from the international especially the western dominant political culture, our own old traditions, and the new thoughts or ideas resulting from the Opening and Reform. In order to deal with these challenges, better propel the construction of the Chinese political culture, enable our Chinese character political culture to have a space in the dog--eat--dog international society, guide the reform of the political structure, and lead the social transformation of China, we have to take four basic countermeasures in the construction of the political culture： firstly, we should guide the construction under the right thoughts or theories; secondly, we should hit our stride to deal with the challenges from the foreign political cultures, remove the dross while keeping the essence; thirdly, we should avoid negative influences of the traditional culture and promote the combination of the positive factors of traditional culture and the modern society; fourthly, we should strive to the construction of the political culture whose core are democracy and legal system.
