The Study Based on SWOT Analysis of Sino-Vietnam E-commerce Development Strategy

Through the method of SWOT, the paper analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of E-commerce development between China and Vietnam as well as opportunities and threats arising, scientifically propose to construct the third-party platform of professional translation, push forward the building of network application soft environment, set up the Network Credit Platform System between the both countries, speed up the development of Sino- Vietnam logistics business and advise government to strengthen the supports to the construction of Sino-Vietnam ecommerce platform and promote effectively the rapid development of Sino-Vietnam e-commerce, etc.
