| 摘 要： | 面对日益激增而危害后果又极其严重的家庭暴力问题,必须对其进行专项立法。立法内容包括:细化家庭暴力的定义、明确家庭暴力的法律干预机构、有效运用举证责任制度、建立及时规范的司法鉴定等。
