特种行业治安管理的思考

当前,公安机关对特种行业治安管理突现出管理法规不健全、安全管理薄弱、治安管理工作弱化等新问题。针对这些问题,只有通过完善特种行业管理法规,强化特种行业内部安全管理,改进公安机关对特种行业的治安管理工作,推进特种行业治安管理工作社会化,促进特种行业治安管理法制化和规范化,才能加强对特种行业的管理,为构建社会主义和谐社会作出贡献。

Thinking on Strengthening the Public Order Management of Special Trades

At present,public security organs' management of public order of special trades see such new problems as: law and regulations of management are not perfect;security management is weak;administrative work of public order grows feeble.In order to solve these problems,law and regulations of managing special trades must be perfected,security management inside special trades must be strengthened,public security organs' work of managing public order of special trades must be improved to push on public order management work becoming social,legal and standard,thus to make contributions to constructing a harmonious society.
