| 摘 要： | 随着生态文明和物质文明、精神文明、政治文明被摆在同等重要的位置,生态文明建设的重要性日益凸显。作为建设生态文明的重要途径,发展循环经济离不开法律制度的保障。我国的循环经济法制建设需在修改现有环境保护法律制度的基础上,制定循环经济基本法、综合法和专门法,形成具有中国特色的循环经济法律体系。
