| 摘 要： | 完善我国侦查讯问理论体系是必要的。在目前我国侦查讯问中,心理战的观念和理论尚未成形。根据古代兵法思想、犯罪嫌疑人心理分析和侦查讯问策略等相关理论和我国实际情况,我们应对侦查讯问中心理战加以研究和利用。
