| Abstract: | Comrade Jiang Zemin's idea about "ruling the country with morality" is a scien- tific summary of ruling experience in China and abroad. It embodies the inevitable demand in establishing and developing socialist market economy. It enriches and develops Marxist theory of the state in the general plan of ruling the country since the l5th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party put forward the idea of ruling the country ac- cording to law and establishing a socialist country ruled by law. |
