| 摘 要： | 检察院民事审判监督制度是检察权在监督法院民事案件审判工作中的制度性体现,综合体现了法院、检察院、当事人三者在民事诉讼中的地位。本文在进行制度性研究的同时,重点以法院工作的视角,从实践出发探讨了检察院民事审判监督制度在运行中存在的问题与解决方案。
