| Abstract: | At the present time in China,ascertaining where conduct responsibility lies is becoming the focus of all social reforms of political system.It is necessary to implement the principle of responsibility in accord with authority in political affairs and sanction a sound obligation system so that authorities concerned take responsibility for the outcome of exerting power.This is the crux lying in the link of the present political reforms. |
