| 摘 要： | 本文通过对为公共利益进行的房屋拆迁行为的定性分析,结合对保护被拆迁人利益的法理思考,指出保护被拆迁人利益是物权法的职责;同时,本文将对公益拆迁行为的探讨推广至国家征收行为,并对我国物权法的制定提出了建议。
