坚定不移走中国特色社会主义法治道路

对于我国的法治建设走什么道路,十八届四中全会明确指出,是中国特色社会主义法治道路。法治道路决定命运,管根本、管全局、管长远。我们的法治道路有四层含义。是法治道路,不是人治道路;是中国的道路,不是别国的道路;是社会主义道路,不是资本主义道路;是传承发展的道路。坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义法治道路的核心,是坚持党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国三者有机统一。坚持这个法治道路的目的,是为了维护宪法法律的权威,维护人民的权益,维护社会的公平正义,维护国家安全稳定。

To March Forward on the Road of Rule of Law of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Unswervingly

It is explicitly set forth in the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC that the approach to developing the rule of law in our country is the road of rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The road of rule of law determines our fate,and governs the essential,overall and long - term af-fairs. Our road of rule of law has four levels of connotations. It is the road of rule of law,not rule of man;it is the road of China,not other countries;it is the road of socialism,not capitalism;and it is the road of succession and development. The core of marching forward on the road of rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics is to persist in the organic unification of the Party’s leadership,the people’s sovereignty,and the rule of law.
