Comment on the Inheritance and Innovation of the 18th National Congress of CPC

It is confirmed the significant achievements have been made by the Party and nation since the 16^th National Congress of CPC in this paper which analysis the two emerging problems： imbalanced natural ecology and imbalanced social political ecology in China in current situation, and evaluate positively about the theoretical innovation of the 18^th National Congress of CPC especially evaluate the scientifieity of the scientific development outlook.
