| 摘 要： | 在我国反垄断立法过程中,行政性垄断的《反垄断法》规制条款一方面有"真正的经济宪法"之誉,另一方面又备受争议,引起媒体和社会舆论的关注。目前该法已颁布施行一年有余,如何有效全面地规制行政性垄断,其中对于法律责任的明确与承担显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | In the course of our anti-monopoly legislation,the anti-monopoly regulations of the administrative monopoly on the one hand is called ＂the real economic Constitution,＂ on the other hand,controversies rise to the concern of the media and public opinion.Nowadays,the anti-monopoly law has been promulgated,and implemented more than a year,so it is quite important to effectively and comprehensively govern the administrative monopoly,and to make clear the legal liability. |
