| Abstract: | It is necessary to make clear the legal force of recognition, to establish the imaginary recognition system and its correspondent measures, to establish the strict irrevocable system of recognition in trial procedure of civil litigation. In trial procedure judges should be entitled to the right of discretion for the limited recognition. |
