| 摘 要： | 行政垄断主要表现为地区垄断和行业垄断。行政垄断有四个构成要件,即主体要件、主观要件、客体要件和客观要件。我国规制行政垄断应当以行政法规制为主,再配合其他方法对行政垄断进行规制。
