滋长贪腐行为的价值观偏异及其矫治

改革开放以来,在国内外各种思潮和文化观念的影响下,人们的价值观发生了深刻的变化。部分党员干部的价值观受消极腐化思想观念的影响,出现了偏离社会主导价值观的倾向,陷入了价值观偏异的思想困境。价值观偏异是滋长贪腐行为的内源性思想病灶,是预防腐败的内生性思想障碍。从社会治理的目标来看,治理腐败始于治标终于治本。因此,根治贪腐行为必须从矫治价值观偏异开始,既要以守初心、担使命为价值原点,引领“不想腐”的价值追求,强健拒腐防变的思想免疫系统,又要以社会主义核心价值观为价值引领,培育拒腐防腐的精神和文化抗体。

Value Deviation Nurturing Corruption and Its Correction

Profound changes are happening to the value system of the public from the initiation of reform and opening up influenced by multiple ideologies and different thoughts.Value deviation of certain Party member cadres,or their value system being corrupted by corrupt ideas is likely to result in their being thrown into the predicament.Deviation of the value system is the internal ideological nidus of corruption,and the ideological barrier for corruption prevention.From the perspective of social treatment,the eradication of corruption starts from the treatment of the symptom and ends in the removal of the source.Therefore,to eradicate corruption,efforts are to be started from putting right the value system,starting from the original point of keeping to the regional intention and undertaking the mission for the value pursuit of mother willing to corrupt,consolidating the immune system against corruption,and with the core values of socialism as the guide,the spiritual and cultural antibodies against corruption are to be nurtured.
