| 摘 要： | 毒品犯罪组织严密，作案隐蔽，分工明确，不同于一般的刑事案件。要提高打击毒品犯罪的针对性和实效性，尤其要注意下述具体问题：准确捕捉和把握抓捕犯罪嫌疑人的最佳时机；正确掌握和使用“假买”的侦查方法；科学判定犯罪嫌疑人的主观“明知”；全面收集和固定犯罪证据；有效物建和使用缉毒特情。
