| Abstract: | After beating the gangsterdom strictly,Chongqing police carried out a large-scale of reformation on police administration and management.These measures have raised working efficiency,strengthened the people＇s safety feeling,improved the elitists to appear and obtained some achievements.However,some issues on the legitimacy,human resourse reformation and stability of organizations in the reform should arouse our concern and research. |
