| Abstract: | The legal status for Chinese lawyers in the hearing proceedings concerning public interest -related administrative licensing has been pending for now, which hinders the lawyers participating in such hearings. To establish the legitimate place for Chinese lawyers is not only the theoretical proposition, but also the practical issue to be solved in legislation and law enforcement. |
