我国公安派出所存在的问题与对策研究

当前我国公安机关在发展和建设中，特别是在建立服务性公安机关过程中，公安派出所存在许多问题。主要表现为缺乏宗旨意识、创新意识、长效意识、发展意识等多种意识。针对这些问题，应积极探索有效的对策加以解决，这些对策主要有：提高认识，转变观念；创新警务机制、积极应对治安；完善激励机制，重视科学考核；完善经费保障，确保国泰民安；规范警务内容，确保职能运行；依靠民力资源，加强科技防范；转变工作观念，适应社会发展；重视综合治理，强化创安意识；健全长效机制，狠抓队伍素质；实施信息主导，确保打防功效。
