| 摘 要： | 执政能力建设作为党的建设的一条主线和根本任务之一,始终是党的建设的重中之重。在新世纪新阶段继续深入推进和加强党的执政能力建设,必须科学把握加强党的执政能力建设的三大要求,即党的执政能力建设必须始终坚持适应国情特点、顺应时代潮流和回应人民诉求。
