| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工已成为我国现代化建设不可或缺的重要力量,解决新生代农民工融入城市社会问题是一项系统工程,需要政府、企业和非政府组织等通力合作。政府应强化自身职能,共青团及其他社团组织应充分发挥优势,企事业单位要调动积极性,城市社区要大有作为,多位一体构建社会支持系统。

| Abstract: | As urban migrant workers of new generation have become an important indispensable force for Chinese modernization construction,it is a systematic program to settle their integration of urban society,which needs the cooperation of government,enterprise and non-government organization.Governments should strengthen its self-function,youth league and other communities should give full play to the advantages,enterprises and institutions should arouse enthusiasm and urban communities should make great accomplishment.Thus,social support system will be established from multi-direction. |
