| 摘 要： | 宁夏回族自治区第十一次党代会报告将建设社会主义核心价值体系列为民族地区实施"文化强区"战略的首要任务,这既体现了党的十七届六中全会的精神,也符合民族地区文化建设的实际。建设社会主义核心价值体系是一项长期任务,为使这项任务落到实处,必须探索建构长效机制。

| Abstract: | In the 11 th Party COngress Report of the CPC of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, we take socialist core value system construction as the primary task of ＂cultural strong district strategy＂ in ethnic area. It reflects spirit of sixth plenary session of the seventeenth session of the CPC, and also in line with ethnic area reality of cultural construction. Building socialist core value system is a long - term task. In order to carry it out, we must explore long- term mechanism. |
