| 摘 要： | 党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。中国共产党自成立以来,就十分重视自身基层组织建设。从实践出发,探讨新时期基层党组织模式的功能定位与设置模式,应对时代发展对党的基层组织建设模式提出的新挑战。
