基于自我效能感的公安院校教师激励研究

激励永远是管理的主题,自我效能感是心理行为学的重要概念,将两者结合应用于公安院校教师队伍建设具有重要意义。在综述自我效能感相关研究的基础上,界定了公安院校教师自我效能感,指出了其构成要素与激励价值,设计了基于自我效能感提升的公安院校教师激励机制,最后结合公安院校教师自我效能感的表现形态与现状,提出了改善自我效能感的相关建议,以促进师资队伍行为激励管理。

Researches on Incentive for Police College Teachers Based on Sense of Self-efficacy

The incentive is always the theme of management; sense of self-efficacy is one of the important concepts in psychological behavior science; it is of great significance to combine them and apply to the management of police college teachers construction. Firstly the definition, constituent elements of police college teachers＇ sense of selfefficacy and its incentives value were given on the base of summary of relevant researches about self-efficacy. Then the incentive mechanism for police college teachers was designed to enhance sense of self-efficacy. Finally related proposals for improving sense of self-efficacy to promote faculty behavior incentive management were given based on police college teachers＇ sense of self-,efficacy manifestations and its present situation.
