The Development of Human Resources in Ethnic Regions

The era of the knowledge-based economy is coming and the development of human resources is stressed throughout the world. In China today, because of the great distance between western ethnic regions and eastern coastal regions in economics, knowledge and information, it is urgent that human resources development be put into practice in western regions.
