| 摘 要： | 军队干部工作不仅要“知人”还要“知事” ,实现“人事两宜”。“事”是军队干部工作理论中的一个逻辑起点 ,干部工作中许多弊端的根源与对“事”即干部职位缺乏研究有关。为此 ,必须加强对“事”或干部职位的研究 ,明确“事”的系统性 ,把握“事”的动态性 ,注意“事”的特殊性 ,做到知人知事而善任
