关于双重国籍的思考

近年来,关于双重国籍的问题,一直得到广泛的关注。新中国成立之初,为保护海外华人、华侨的利益,中国政府实行不承认双重国籍的政策。几十年过去了,中国面临的国际国内环境发生了很大变化,中国实行对外开放,应与时俱进,与世界接轨,当今世界承认双重国籍是世界潮流,中国应改革在国籍方面的制度。

Considerations of Dual Nationality

In recent years,problems concerning dual nationality has been got an extensive concern.At the beginning of PRC,in order to protect the benefits of the oversea Chinese,the Chinese government execution denies the policy of the dual nationality.Several decades passed,the international and local environment have changed very greatly,China practicing open outward,should develop with time,being in line with world.To admit the dual nationality is a world trend nowadays,China should reform the system of the nationality.
