论适应公安工作需要的人才培养法学教育模式建构

公安院校的法律教学不能仅追求学科体系的完善,还应考虑公安工作的需要,根据社会对公安人才的特殊需求设置专业、开设课程,以宽口径、厚基础为目标,注重培养学生综合素质和工作潜力,全面促进人民警察的职业素养和职业能力的提升,加强和完善校局联合,注重培养警察的法治理念和法律素养,提高其法律应用能力,使其不但能立即胜任本职工作,而且还具有处理日益发展多变的公安业务的潜力。

On the Construction of the Teaching Mode of Law for Talents Needed by Public Security Work

In the law teaching of police colleges,we can not only pursue the perfect academic system,but also consider the demand of the public security work.According to the special needs of society for police,we should set up the courses and majors which aim at wide caliber and thick foundation,emphasize on the development of the students＇ comprehensive competences and work potential,completely promote the police＇s professional manners and abilities,strengthen the union of the schools and the bureaus,pay attention to train the police＇s legal concepts and law accomplishments and improve their law application abilities to make them not only be competent in the duty but also have the potential to process police business.
